Cheeky Celebrations Delivery Costs and Options

Cheeky Celebrations will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. We only use plain, but secure packaging which means you can get your parcels delivered to your work address in the strictest of confidence. You will be asked at the checkout page should you wish to change your delivery address. We offer this service as we know how busy you guys and girl's are and that waiting in at home all day for delivery, having taken a day off work is not high on your agenda. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that you have entered the correct delivery address as any incorrect digits or spelling mistakes may result in Royal Mail being unable to deliver your parcel.

Cheeky Celebrations uses Royal Mail standard 2nd class, Royal Mail standard 1st class and Royal Mail special delivery. It may be necessary from time to time to use an alternative courier service, if this happens you will be notified at the time of your orders dispatch of the courier company. Please note that all parcels sent using Royal Mail special delivery will require a signature.

Orders placed before 12 noon Monday - Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12 noon on Friday will usually be dispatched the next working day. Please note that Royal Mail do not class Saturday's, Sunday's and Bank Holidays as working days.

Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class: Royal Mail state that delivery should be 3 - 5 working days from day of dispatch, however this is not a guaranteed Royal Mail service

Royal Mail standard 1st class: Royal Mail state that delivery should be 2 - 3 working days from day of dispatch, however this is not a guaranteed Royal Mail service

Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next Working Day Guarantee:

This service is available Monday -Thursday only for orders placed before 12 noon for delivery the next working day. This service is not available on Public Holidays. Any orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday will be dispatched the next working day, which generally will be Monday unless it falls on a Public Holiday in which case it will be dispatched on Tuesday. It is very important to note that this service is NOT available Fridays for delivery on Saturday so your last chance for ordering to enable you to receive your order in time for the weekend will be 12 noon on Thursdays for a delivery on a Friday. Please note that this service is only available to delivery addresses with a UK postcode and Royal Mail will require a signature upon delivery of the parcel

Royal Mail: "Sorry we missed you while you were out"

If you are not at the address when your parcel is delivered then Royal Mail or an alternative courier company will leave you a "while you were out" card which will explain where and when you can collect your parcel from. This will usually be available for collection 24 hours after you having received the card and usually you will be able to collect it from your Royal Mail sorting office or local Post Office, the card will explain everything you need to know.

When collecting parcels you will need to produce some form of ID and remember that Royal Mail or the Post Office will only keep parcels for about 5 working days before they are returned to the sender. If you fail to collect your parcel in time then we can only refund you less the original cost of any postage once we receive the goods

Please note that Cheeky Celebration will do our best to deliver your order within the shipping budget, however, oversized and heavy parcels may require a surcharge and if this is the case you will be notified by email with the cost of any additional payment we require. Should you then wish to then cancel your order you may do so with a full refund.*
