This begins between you and Cheeky Celebrations on our acceptance of your order and receipt of payment. If you want to cancel an order you need to do so within 24 hours.
Stock Availability And Pricing
Orders are subject to availability but it is rare we run out of product. If this happens we will contact you and discuss an alternative, if required. Price and availability are subject to change without notice.
Goods Return
we have a no quibble returns policy for up to 14 days following receipt of your goods. A full refund will be given if the goods are returned during this time in their original condition and packaging. The refund will not include the return postage and packaging. Should the goods be faulty or we have sent them in error, we will offer you a refund or replacement and refund return postage. We cannot accept liability for any items lost on their way to us without proof of postage.
What Cheeky Celebrations Ltd Cannot Accept Respondsibility For
1/ Incorrect Delivery Address supplied by you the customer. Should you supply us with the incorrect delivery address then it is not Cheeky Celebrations Ltd respondsibility to resend out your order to an alternative postal address unless the customer pays again for a new order.
2/ Should nobody be available to sign for your package and you are left a note by Royal Mail advising you to collect your package from a local sorting office and you fail to do so within the specified time that Royal Mail give you then your order will automatically be re-directed through their system and be sent to the Royal Mail returns centre. This process can take between 4-6 weeks. Should you wish your order to be re-sent
(subject to availability of stock) and if we have not recieved your original package back from the Royal Mail returns centre we will send out a new order but only after having agreed with the customer a new postage/packaging charge prior to the new package being sent out.

We at Cheeky celebrations want to protect your privacy. Therefore we will only use personal information, collected in accordance with the data protection act 1998. The information we collect from you is for the purpose of processing your order quickly and efficiently and to provide you, our valued client, with the best possible service. We will not pass your details to any third party and we do not store credit card numbers. These are only used by Paypal to authorise each transaction.
