Contract With The Customer
This begins between you and Cheeky Celebrations on our acceptance of your order and receipt of payment. If you want to cancel an order you need to do so within 24 hours.
What Cheeky Celebrations Ltd Cannot Accept Respondsibility For
Incorrect Delivery Address supplied by you the customer. Should you supply us with the incorrect delivery address then it is not Cheeky Celebrations Ltd responsibility to resend out your order to an alternative postal address unless the customer pays again for the new order and the postage costs.
Cheeky Celebrations Ltd pride ourselves on being a fair and honest company and we have sympathetic ears when it comes to hearing problems however there are instances beyond our control where we cannot be held responsible for.
We have a no quibble returns policy for up to 14 days following receipt of your goods. A full refund will be given if the goods are returned during this time in their original condition and packaging. The refund will not include the original and your return postage and packaging. Should the goods be faulty or we have sent them in error, we will offer you a refund or replacement and refund of the original and your return postage. We cannot accept liability for any items lost on their way to us without proof of postage.
